93 DATA BOOK: Error in boundary scan order for 4004a on p. 2-77


Problem Description:
In the middle of the 2nd column on page 2-77 in the 1993 data
book(first edition), four pins are given boundary scan order
numbers of 169, 172, 211, and 214.
These numbers are incorrect.

These pins should not have numbers assigned to them.


Solution 1:

Updated pinout is given on page 2-83 of the 94 DATA BOOK (starting with the firs
t edition).
