general description:

The DRCK pin on the BSCAN symbol is provided for
use with the USER1 and USER2 instructions.  The
DRCK is a non-inverted version of TCK.	DRCK
is only available when the TAP is in the shiftDR
state or the captureDR state.  When DRCK is not
available in the XC4000 family, DRCK is low.  In the
XC5200 family when DRCK is not availalbe, DRCK is
high.
