Problem Title:
SDT 386+ issues error: handler_.exe failed


Problem Description:
While trying to invoke OrCad SDT 386+, the following
error message occurs in the error text file:

MSDOS Error #  3 Path Not Found
ERROR: Attempt to Load external program: HANDLER_.EXE failed. Error: 3.


Solution 1:

Verify in Configure Schematic Design Tools that all the correct
drivers are configured.  This can be done by selecting
Draft->Configure Schematic Tools.  This will bring up a configuration
menu.  Verify the Driver Prefix is specified correctly (normally
C:\orcadesp\drv\) and all other appropriate drivers are selected.
