The 4005H boundary scan pinout in the 1994 databook is incomplete.
It is missing the following entries:

   99		 385
   102		 391
   107		 403
   136	 	 475
   162		 535
   167		 547
   205		  56

The pinout is identical to the boundary scan pin numbering for the
4013 in the pq240 package.

These corrections were made in the 1994 data book second edition
