Problem Description:
Customers using XEPLD v5.0 tools with the old libraries could receive the
following error from sdt2xnf:

INF2XNF: Fatal Error:

...
Return code from 'inf2xnf <parameters>' = 3



Solution 1:

This is due to an error in the library files for the PLOUT8A component.
Use individual PLOUTT components instead of PLOUT8A.
