Problem Description:
XBLOX fails with internal error 20156.


Solution 1:

This error may occur if a single bit is sourced by the ELEM pin of an
ELEMENT module for which the main bus has an encoding of UBIN or TWO_COMP,
then is connected to a bussed input of an XBLOX component.

To fix this problem, attached a BUS_DEF to the single-bit net and specify
ENCODING=BIT.  Do NOT specify a BOUNDS.
