Problem Title:
XBLOX 5.x issues error 20066: "The specified Part type <part> is
unknown"



Problem Description:
XBLOX may issue an error similar to the following:

   *** XBLOX: ERROR 20066:
	   The specified Part type 4003PC84-4 is unknown.


Solution 1:

One possible reason for this error is the specification of a truly invalid
part type.  This can be checked by entering XDM or Design Manager 6.0 and
looking at the available installed part types.



Solution 2:

Another possible cause is that XBLOX could not find the partlist.xct file.
This file resides in the $XACT/data directory.	If the XACT environment
variable is not correctly set to point to the DS502 core software
installation directory, this message will be issued by XBLOX regardless of
the specified part type.
