Problem Title:
XBLOX 5.x returns internal error 20104 on COUNTER module


Problem Description:
XBLOX 5.x gives an error message similar to the following:

   *** XBLOX: ERROR 20104:
	 INTERNAL ERROR
	 Please contact Xilinx Technical Support.  Please provide the
	 following details to the support personnel.  This information will
	 be needed by the software developers.
	 1. $1I369
	 2. COUNTER.

The COUNTER module has an attribute that looks similar to:

   COUNT_TO=2#1101_1111#

Although the XBLOX User Guide states that this is legal, the underscores
("_") cause XBLOX to fail.


Solution 1:

Remove the underscores from the COUNT_TO value.
