PLATFORM(s):  ALL

ERROR MESSAGE:	*** PPR: ERROR 5607:
		      Design has not been flattened.

 	PROBLEM:  PPR may issue the above error message when the input
		  design targets an XC3000A/L or XC3100A family device.

 	CAUSE:	  The .MAP file was generated for an XC3000 or XC3100 device.
		  .MAP files for XC3000/3100 devices are different than .MAP
		  files for XC3000A/L or 3100A devices.  The former cannot
		  be read properly by PPR.

 	SOLUTION: Run XNFPREP and XNFMAP again, targeting the correct
		  family.  This will generate the correct .MAP file for
		  PPR.
