(2nd and 3rd Editions) is incorrect for FFB4

The pinout for the XC73144PQ160 on page 3-64 of the 1994 Data Book
2nd Edition is incorrect for FFB4 (the pinout is correct for the
other function blocks).  The correct pinout for FFB4 is as follows:
