Problem Description:
PLATFORM: Workstation
PROBLEM:
The Floorplanner will not load a MAP file from a directory that
only has group write permission.
Solution 1:
SOLUTION:
The user running the Floorplanner must have user write permission for the
Floorplanner to function. Having group write permission for the design
directory is not sufficient.
