SHORT DESCIPTION: XNF2NGD core dumps when bad part statements are used.

SOLUTION:

 From MAPSH,  open Map Options form and change "XNF Part Family" from
"Defined in XNF File" to the targeted family.

From command line, add "-p family_name" to the xnf2ngd command, to specify the
targeted family.
