Problem Description:
A 7336 or 7318 chip appears to partially function, and/or not function after
programming.


Solution 1:

Erratic 7336 and 7318 behavior can be caused by using older programming
algorithms for the 7336/7318 with Data I/O programmers.

If you program a 7336 and/or 7318 with Data I/O programmers, make sure
that the programming software is the version listed below or later.
