Problem Description:
Properties attached to PADs are not supported on  Concept schematics. This inclu
des
Timespec P2S (pad to setup) properties, as well as TNM properties.

PLATFORM(s):  Sun, HP


Solution 1:

The workaround is to attach the TNM or Timespec property to the net running
between the PAD and the I/O buffer (ibuf or obuf).
