For the 4000H:
The output slew-rate defaults to CAP (as opposed to RES)
The output level defaults to CMOS (as opposed to TTL)
The input threshold defaults to TTL (as opposed to CMOS)
Inputs and outputs can be configured individually as CMOS or TTL.
