"Extra" RAM Components in ViewLogic 4KE Libraries, no license found for

Problem Description:
The ViewLogic 4KE library contains symbols called RAM16^6A.1 and RAM16^RA.1
and RAM16^UA.1. These symbols were created during the library development,
and should not have been included in the release.  Trying to bring up one of
these symbols in ProCapture or ViewDraw will result in a "no license for
symbol" message.  They are actually just duplicates of some of the other RAM
macros in the library, so there is no need to use these symbols.

For reference, the proper RAM components in the library are:
