Problem Title:
Workstation licensing(DNS/NIS): Invoking XACT tools gives error,
"Cannotfind server hostname in network database."



Problem Description:
This networking error occurs when running DNS instead of NIS/Yellow Pages.


Solution 1:

On each machine which can't find the server hostname
in the network database, ADD an entry to the file /etc/hosts,
which contains the IP address and hostname of the server.  A typical line would
be:

123.45.6.789	serverhost	# Entry required for Xilinx XACT tools

Replace the two strings above with the IP address and real hostname of the Xilin
x license server.  You can identify these by remotely logging in to the license
server and copying them from its /etc/hosts file.
