Problem Description:
CAUSE:
If you are manually copying the files from CD ROM to install the XACT Step sof
tware on your PC, this error might show up.
Any or all of the files copied under XACT, PROSER, WINDOWS and WINDOWS\SYSTEM d
irectories on the PC might be corrupted.

Compare the size of the installed files with that on CD ROM. If they are differe
nt,
re-copy those files from CD ROM onto your PC.
