Authorized key decrements evaluation runs.
Problem Description:
A programmable key authorized for the VLS-STD feature continued to decrement the
evaluation runs for all unauthorized features simultaneously every time procapt
ure was invoked.
Solution 1:
The reason for this is unknown; however, after the evaluation runs ran out, the
licensed product was properly licensed by the authorized features of the key.
