Problem Title:
PROMs, HW-130:  ERROR: Reset not programmed.


Problem Description:
This problem has been seen in serial PROMs programmed on the HW130.


Solution 1:

Try reprogramming the device a second time to see if this resolves the
problem.  If you are using the HW130 programmer, it will warn you that
the part is not blank and ask if you still want to continue.  Choose the
continue option and let it reprogram the part.	If this does not solve
the problem, get the date code from the package and contact your
distributor or sales representative to get an RMA.
