Problem Title:
ProCapture will not open up when selecting Design Entry from Proflow


Problem Description:
The user selects 'Design Entry' from Proflow, but ProCapture never opens up.
Instead, it just kicks back to the Proflow window again.


Solution 1:

This may be caused by having an old Workview.ini file in the project
directory.  Either remove the older version of the workview.ini from the
project directory, or replace it with the one found in the PROSER\STANDARD
directory.  (where PROSER\STANDARD is the directory pointed to by the
WDIR environment variable)
