PQ44 package dimensions incorrect in 1994 Data Book


Problem Description:
The lead pitch dimensions for the PQ44 package is stated to be
0.50mm in the 1994 Data Book.

This is incorrect.  The proper value for the lead pitch is 0.80mm.

An updated package drawing is available from Xilinx Technical Support.
