There is a printing error on page 4-204 of the Xilinx 7/96
data book.  At the bottom of the page, it reads:

"Before and during configuration, all outputs that are not
used for the configuration process are 3-stated with a 50-kW
to 100-kW pull-up resistor.


Solution 1:

This should read:

"Before and during configuration, all outputs that are not
used for the configuration process are 3-stated with a 50-kohm
to 100-kohm pull-up resistor."



In reality, the most recent 5200 parts have a pullup of a
range between 20K and 100K ohms
