Where to get BSDL files for the XC4000, XC5200, and XC9500


Problem Description:
BSDL files for the XC4000 and XC5200 are available via ftp.xilinx.com
through anonmous FTP, and are available via the Xilinx BBS
(408-559-9327).

BSDL files for the 9500 are installed as part of the XACT9500
software.  The BSDL files for the 9500 software are located
in \xact9500\data.  The 9500 BSDL files have the extension
.bsd

Via anonymous ftp, the 4k and 5k BSDL files are availble at
ftp.xilinx.com.  The BSDL files for the 5k and 4k at the
anonymous ftp site are located in:

/pub/swhelp/bsdl



The *latest* updated versions of the BSDL files are found
on the Xilinx BBS(408-559-9327).  If the customer doesn't have
a Xilinx BBS account, he/she can establish one when they call the
BBS.  On the Xilinx BBS, the BSDL files for the 5k and 4k are
available by logging into the BBS and selecting the 'File
Manager', and next select 'Software Help', and finally
selecting 'BSDL Files.'


The BSDL files for the 4k and 5k can also be obtained from the
XACT 5.2.x/6.0.x CD's.	On the CD's, if you look under the
\xbbs\swhelp the BSDL files for the 4k and 5k will be found.
