Is it possible to run one license manager for multiple XACT s/w versions


Problem Description:
Some customers want to keep several versions of the
XACT software on the workstation.

They may need to due this for archiving reasons, so
a customer may need to run XACT 5.1 and XACT 5.2.1
for example.

Is it possible to use a license manager and a license.dat
file to run multiple XACT s/w versions?


Solution 1:

It is possible to run different versions
of XACT with one license.dat and one license
manager.  The key is to use the latest
version of the license manager and the
latest version of the license.dat file.
