Why are there TDI, TCK, and TMS pins on the XChecker cable?
Problem Description:
The XChecker cable has pins labled TCK, TDI, and TMS.
Does this mean that XChecker can do boundary scan operations
on devices with boundary scan?
Solution 1:
The TCK, TDI, and TMS pins on the XChecker
cable are currently non-functional. At some
future time, it is planned that the XChecker
be used with the Boundary Scan circuitry on
Xilinx FPGA's.
The XChecker cable can be used to configure the
9500 family of devices. See the EZTAG User
Guide, which is an online document, for more details
