Problem Description:
The latest version of XBLOXGEN is v1.15.

Note, XBLOXGEN is a workstation utility, which was
written in C-Shell.  A PC user can only use it if
they have a C-Shell emulation tool.

The latest version of XBLOXGEN is available via
FTP.  It is on the Xilinx FTP site: ftp.xilinx.com.

Look in /pub/swhelp/synopsys for:
xbloxgen115.tar.Z
