Problem Title:
Viewlogic: How do I LOC an IPAD4/8/16 or an OPAD4/8/16 ?

Problem Description:
There is no way to schematically LOC an IPAD4/8/16 or OPAD4/8/16 symbol
directly. The user does have a workaround, though.

Solution 1:

1) The best solution is to use a constraints file to LOC the pins, and not
try to do it schematically. Refer to the Libraries Guide for proper syntax.

2) Use LogiBLOX (or XBLOX) INPUTS or OUTPUTS instead. You can attach multiple
LOC attributes to these symbols, i.e. LOC[1]=P10, LOC[2]=P6, ....

3) Copy the IPADx/OPADx symbol and schematic to a user	directory, and add
   LOCs to the individual underlying IPADs.

   In the following procedure, I will use an IBUF4 as an example.
   ProCapture Methodology:
    a) File->Open->  Symbol  IBUF4.1
    b) File->Save As.. ->"Design Name	PRIMARY:IBUF4.1"
       ----change the XC3000/4000/5200 etc. reference to PRIMARY
    c) File->Open->  Schematic	IBUF4.1
    d) File->Save As.. ->"Design Name	PRIMARY:IBUF4.1"
    e) attach LOC attributes in IBUF4.1 schematic to IPADs
    f) File->Save
    e) You may now use the symbol in schematic

Note: If you use several IBUF4 's, then you will also need to give each of
them a different name (other that IBUF4). Because of the pin location
constraints, these custom macros can only be called once.
