Problem Title:
Foundry7.0 for PC runs w/ Windows NT; ssetup may yield "device not
attached"



Problem Description:
The Foundry tools for the PC will work under Windows NT, but the user
probably will encounter from ssetup "sec: device not attached".
This is due to the fact that Windows NT will not allow many drivers
direct access to the parallel port.


Solution 1:

If the user has the white MemoPlug key, a Windows NT compatible
driver may be downloaded from the Xilinx bbs or ftp site:

 filename: neocd_nt.zip
 bbs location: software_help/xactfpga  (408-559-9327)
 ftp location: pub/swhlp/xactfpga      (ftp.xilinx.com)

This directory contains the driver as well as install doc's.
If the user is using the black key, he or she should obtain
a MemoPlug key from Customer Service, as this driver will
not work with anything but the MemoPlug key.
