Problem Title:
HW-130:	Verification Failure For a 17128D and 17256D


Problem Description:
While trying to download to the 17128D or 17256D, the HW-130
programmer maycome back with a message saying that
verification failed.  This was a bug with the old HW-130
software and has been fixed in the new updated version
(released in December 1995).


Solution 1:

Download the latest version of the software from the bbs.

The archive is located under SWHLP/PROGMNG.  Download either:

    HW130.zip (for DOS) or
    HW130w.zip (for windows).

       Programmer.  Dowload either:

       hw130.zip (for DOS)   or
       hw130w16.zip (16 bit) or
       hw130w32.zip (32 bit)
