XSI 5.2.1 4000e-4 are now available


Problem Description:
400oe-4 synthesis files for the XSI 5.2.1 flow
are now available via the Xilinx FTP site.

The file is called xsi521.4ke-4.tar.Z, which
is a tar'd and compressed file.  There is
a readme file  inside the tar'd and compressed
file which explains how to install
these synthesis files.

The file xsi521.4ke-4.tar.Z is available via
anonymous ftp at ftp.xilinx.com in the
/pub/swhelp/synopsys area.
