Solution 1:

To generate very large data or bitstreams for XChecker that
exceed the capacity of the largest available Xilinx serial
PROM, target a parallel (BYTE-WIDE) PROM when saving the file
in PROM File Formatter.

The  format of the resulting data stream is the same (MCS,
EXORmacs, etc.) whether you target a parallel or serial PROM.
