Problem Description:
XNFPREP Error 4717 may occur when improperly instantiating OSC5, OSC52, or CK_DI
V in Synopsys.	The only way to use these devices in Synopsys Verilog or VHDL co
de is to modify the .xnf file and instantiate the modified .xnf file.
