FOUNDRY, 4000E: Is the XC4000E architecture supported by Foundry 7.0?
Problem Description:
The XC4000E devices are only supported by the 4000E XACT pre-release
and PPR v5.2.1. The Foundry 7.0 tools in the XACTstep Advanced package v5.2.1
do not support 4000E.
