Problem Title:
XABEL/FOUNDATION: What is needed to compile a design containing XABEL
blocks

Problem Description:
To be able to compile a design containing XABEL blocks in Foundation,
you will need to install the following:

For FPGA and/or XC7000 designs:
1. The Foundation package (schematic entry, HDL Editor, and
    simulation)
2. XABEL (DS371). This may be installed from either the
Foundation CDROM or from the XACTStep CDROM.
3. XACTStep 6

For XC9500 designs:
1. The Foundation package V6.0.1 (schematic entry, HDL Editor,
    and simulation)
2. XABEL (DS371). This may be installed from either the
Foundation CDROM or from the XACTStep CDROM.
3. XACT-CPLD (DS560)

This will allow you to enter and synthesize the ABEL design,
implement the design, and also do a timing simulation in
Foundation after the design has been implemented.
