PROMs: XC1736A Reset Polarity is not programmable
Problem Description:
Reset polarity is not programmable on the older XC1736A
devices. This was a feature that was added later. The reset
polarity on XC1736A devices is active HIGH.
Solution 1:
If programmable reset is desired on a XC1736 size part, you
must use an XC1736D.
