XC5200:	CRC checking must be disabled in order to ensure INIT=HIGH
during configuration in Express Mode



Problem Description:
XC5200 Express Mode does not support CRC checking.  If CRC
checking is not disabled in MakeBits, INIT will go LOW,
causing interruption of configuration.


Solution 1:

Hence, disable CRC checking with the '-f CRC:Disable' option in
MakeBits.  This will ensure that INIT will stay HIGH throughout
configuration.
