Foundation Base Package: After entering the password what will xkey -r
show?



Problem Description:
After installing the FND-BAS Package and giving the proper
authorization code (using xkey -w), xkey -r will give you
output which shows that XABEL is "Authorized for XACT" while
all other programs will have 50 evaluation runs.

Programs such as PPR and the Foundation tools will continue
to work after the evaluation runs are used.  But programs
which are not included in the BAS package (such as XDE and
XVHDL) will not work after the 50 evaluation runs are used.
