Problem Description:
Both the XABEL (DS371) and the XACT-CPLD (DS560) packages are
included with all Foundation Series software packages.
Page 2-11 thru 15 in the 96 data book DO NOT mention this fact
for Foundation Series packages.

All other Xilinx packages DO NOT include these 2 products, and
the customer must buy them separately if he/she desires them.

For a list and description of all software packages, please refer to page 2-11 t
hru 36 in the 96 Xilinx Data Book.
