What is the purpose of DONEIN, Q1Q4, Q3, Q2 on STARTUP macro?


Problem Description:
The STARTUP macro has several pins that are rarely used, but which are
available to give the status of the end of configuration.


Solution 1:

These pins correspond to the internal startup signals
documented on pg. 4-63 of the 1996 Data Book. Usage of
these pins is not necessary.
