How do I specify a bidirectional I/O in my schematic?

Problem Description:
Keywords: bidirectional, schematic

Urgency: Standard

From schematic entry, how do you create a bidirectional I/O?

Solution 1:

In order to create a bidirectional I/O, you must place an
IOPAD in your schematic and connect to this pad the input

a tri-stateable output element such as the OBUFT, OBUFE,
OFDE, OFDT, etc.
