win 95: Simulation Utility fails with "Path/File access error"


Problem Description:
Running the Simulation Utility in Windows 95, may return with a warning
"Path/File access error".  After clicking OK, the program terminates.


Solution 1:

Within the current project directory, delete the file XSIMMAKE.OUT.
