Problems with Back-Annotation of Designs Containing Single CLB Replication Groups which are Not Eliminated by MAP

Problem Title:
Problems with Back-Annotation of Designs Containing Single CLB
Replication Groups which are Not Eliminated by MAP
Problem Description:
Problems with Back-Annotation of Designs
Containing Single CLB Replication Groups which are
Not Eliminated by MAP
Platform(s): All
Architecture(s): All
Design Step(s): MAP
Reference Number: 13586
Solution 1:
MAP performs logic replication before pack and merge. Because of this, a mapped
design may contain replication groups composed of only a single CLB. If the desi
gn's NGM file is used for back-annotation, signals internal to these single-CLB
replication groups will not correspond to signals in the input design for back-a
nnotation. There is no workaround.
