Problem Title:
M1 QuickSim: GSR (global set/reset) port removed from XC4000EX library

Problem Description:
Keywords: global set/reset, GLOBALSETRESET, QuickSim, XC4000EX

Urgency: Standard

General Description:

The GSR (global set/reset) library port element was used to make a
schematic connection to the system-wide //globalsetreset signal. It
existed solely for simulation purposes, e.g., a reset pin to a VHDL block
that needs to be asserted by the //globalsetreset line would have been
connected to the GSR port element. Since this connection did not have a
physical counterpart in actual silicon, it would have been trimmed out
during implementation.would get ripped up in implementation.

Solution 1:

To make a physical schematic connection to this global signal use the GSR
pin of the STARTUP. If this connection is used only for simulation, (i.e.,
this net is not driven on the schematic) the STARTUP will behave as desired
in functional simulation, and will be trimmed during implementation.

Solution 2:

The gsr symbol actually still resides in the library, but is not accessible
from the Library menu selection. It can, however, be selected and instantiated

with the "Choose Symbol" command just as if it were a user component.
