Problem Title:
Merging license files for M1 and XACT-Step on WorkStations...


Problem Description:
The license files for M1 and XACT-STEP can be merged into one file.  The two
Core Tools Packages use seperate DEAMONs, but only one lmgrd process is
needed.  M1 ans XACT use different means of locating the license file.	XACT
defaults to $XACT/license/license.dat.	M1 uses the LM_LICENSE_FILE variable
to locate the licernse.dat.


Solution 1:

To use a concatonated license.dat for M1 and XACT,

1. Make sure that the concatonated license.dat contains the DEAMON line from
both the M1 and the XACT license.dat files.

2. Set the LM_LICENSE_FILE variable to point to the concatonated
license.dat.

3. Rename the $XACT/license/license.dat to a backup file name, and create a
link named license.dat that points to the merged license.dat.

4. Bring down the server, and back up again to recognize the new license
file.
