Loading the DSP CORE Generator generates the following error:

"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be
shut down"

DETAILS>> JAVA caused an invalid page fault in module
WINAWT.DLL


Solution 1:

This may be related to the PC display color setting:

256 colors are required for successful Core Generator
operation. This may be selected by clicking the right-hand
mouse button on the Windows background, selecting Properties
and modifying the color palette options under the Settings
menu. If less than 256 colors are used the application will
fail, referencing the file WINAWT.DLL.
