General Description:

Trying to download a 9500 devices using the Xchecker cable may
lead to an 'Error 4059' or 'rcab error' message from Eztag.



Solution 1:

There is a patch, now available to fix the rcab problem.

The fix requires only that a new FPGA design file be used
when the xchecker is being run for JTAG-based download.  This
means no cable modification is required at all - only one file
is updated (xckjtag.sys)

It has been decided to release a new full version of EZTag
(V6.0.6) that includes the new FPGA design file and, it is
available on the ftp site:

				     eztag_sn.tar.Z - For SunOS
