When running JTAG Programming software in M1.1.1a, the
following error appears:

'xi95108(Device1)': Checking boundary-scan chain
integrity...ERROR:0 - Fatal: Failed to get the expected amount
of data back from the cable.
	Check the cable connections and power supply level.
	Make certain your host computer is configured to handle
	the selected baud rate.


Solution 1:

The JTAG programmer software is not supported in M1.1.1a.
Please contact local Xilinx FAE to upgrade to 1.2.11.
