General Description:
When launching Hardware Debugger from Design Manager the
following message is displayed in a dialog box:

Hardware Debugger
Cannot get the startup directory

Pressing Okay will dismiss the dialog box but Hardware Debugger
does not start.


Solution 1:

CAUSE: The path to the .bit file may be too long.

WORKAROUND:

1) Open Hardware Debugger outside of Design Manager.
2) Select File->Open Bitstream and browse for the .bit file.
