FATAL_ERROR:baste:bastetspec.c:2317:1.62 - NET OFFSET 'DATA2 IN :
10000.000000 pS : AFTER : CLK2' has no data IOBCOMP. Process will
terminate.  Please call Xilinx support.


Solution 1:

This error message is only caused when an IOB signal referenced in a
NET OFFSET constraint such as:

NET DATA2 OFFSET = IN 10 AFTER CLK2;

is trimmed or removed from the design.	To workaround this, comment
out or remove the OFFSET constraint.  To determine why the signal is
being deleted check the Logic Trimming section of the mapper report:
<design>.mrp.
